About Sean Platt, CMHC

Are you finding it difficult to manage stress? Do you feel insecure, dissatisfied, or simply not like yourself? Perhaps you’re navigating a challenging season and feel like there isn’t a way out, or you're reaching a point of total burnout and questioning your identity.

It can be difficult to take that first step when life feels overwhelming, but you do not have to do this alone.

My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel truly heard and seen. Together, we will navigate life's challenges and work through the experiences that have left you feeling stuck, helping you move toward the other side with a renewed sense of clarity.

My sessions are grounded in empathy, connection, and acceptance. I incorporate mindfulness and a deep understanding of the person behind the symptoms. Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, or a mood disorder, you are not defined by a diagnosis.

Let’s work together to regain your agency, build your resilience, and reignite your spark for life.

I am a prelicensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor practicing under the clinical supervision of Jenny Everett King, MSW, MSc, LICSW.
